The room was spacious and quiet with a modern design.

The staff was very competent and very nice and helpful. Hotel facility was well located to walk to major sites and in a safe location. Hotel was also very clean.

There was no channel of TV with any English language broadcast or subtitles. Would have liked to be able to get the news.

We had a deluxe queen room and it was quiet and bright. The breakfast was great and we could use free Wi-Fi.

This place has an amazing location near an art museum, and the room we booked had a beautiful view of the town, along with excellent service, making our stay enjoyable and worth coming back for.

Great location! It's just a short stroll away, around 10-15 minutes, from a cool old house museum. The neighborhood is perfect for walking around, close to Boboli gardens, the Statue of David, and all the main attractions. 🌿

Quirky place with knowledgeable and attentive staff at the reception desk, liked it. We had a classic queen room which was huge and nicely decorated.

I loved the fact that this hotel was right in the middle of everything!! I loved our balcony! The bathroom was remodeled and very clean. Front desk clerks were very friendly and helpful and spoke very good English. Loved our stay!

The rooms were a little outdated but the location made up for it.

Convenience to everything. The location is the best. I have stayed at this hotel a few times and would not consider staying elsewhere. The staff are always so helpful and pleasant. I always feel very much at home during my visit. Can't wait to return!
